Shipping, returns, and how we handle your data.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship worldwide via tracked carriers; delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order leaves our studio. Customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
If a piece isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and in original condition. Once received, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Personalized or custom pieces are final sale.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email) and to improve the site. We do not sell your data. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@yarlungstill.com. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA; EEA residents under the GDPR.
